Vinita is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and finance. She is the CEO and Founder of Excel Learning, where she combines her passion for teaching with her entrepreneurial skills to create a successful educational venture.

With a strong educational foundation, Vinita holds impressive qualifications as a Company Secretary (CS), and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honors (B. Com. Hons.). These qualifications have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of business and financial practices.

Vinita's journey began as a teacher, where she dedicated eight years of her career to imparting knowledge and shaping the minds of aspiring individuals. Her experience as an educator has honed her ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, ensuring that her students receive a high-quality education.

Prior to her teaching career, Vinita gained valuable experience working as an Operational Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank. This role exposed her to the intricacies of banking operations and provided her with valuable insights into the corporate world. Her time at the bank further strengthened her managerial skills and deepened her understanding of business processes.

Combining her passion for education, her financial expertise, and her entrepreneurial spirit, Vinita founded her own institute. Under her leadership, the institute has flourished, offering top-notch educational programs and empowering students to achieve their academic and professional goals.

Chief Strategy Officer - Sahali Ghosh

Sahali Ghosh is an accomplished and visionary leader, currently serving as the Chief
Strategy Officer (CSO) at EXCEL LEARNING. With a keen understanding of market
dynamics, business strategy, and innovation, Sahali plays a pivotal role in driving the
company's growth and ensuring its long-term success. With a deep passion for strategic
thinking and a forward-looking mindset, Sahali helps the organization navigate complex
challenges, foster innovation, and maximize value creation. Prior to joining she was
working as an assistant professor in renowned engineering colleges specialized in soil
mechanics. Sahali holds a B-tech degree in civil engineering.
As the CSO, Sahali is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the
company's strategic initiatives. They work closely with the executive team to define the
overall corporate strategy, identify new market opportunities, and align business
objectives with emerging trends and customer needs. By leveraging her strategic acumen,
Sahali ensures that the organization remains agile, adaptable, and well-positioned to
capitalize on emerging market dynamics. In addition to her strategic prowess, Sahali is
